Short Sale Sellers to receive $10,000 at close in 2015 under new HAFA Guidelines

Sellers and Second Lenders will receive more money this year on short sales.  As of February 1, 2015, Sellers that qualify for a HAFA short sale will receive $10,000.00 at closing and it will allow up to $12,500.00 for second lenders.
