We often are asked by our Short Sale Sellers what documentation they need to provide to their lender to start the short sale process. Here is the list, if you are working with Attorney Theresa L. Panzica, please send these as soon as possible, we will log the documentation and send to the lender direct:
1. Copy of most recent mortgage statement(s)
2. Two months most recent paystubs and bank statements
3. A Hardship letter
4. Two years most recent tax returns (including 1040 with page two signed)
5. Contact information for Association or Property Manager
